Unique parcelle du Domaine en cépage Malvoisie, exposé Est sur sol argilo-calcaire très dense. Ce cépage rare donne de petites grappes à maturité précoce. La parcelle est travaillée de manière très raisonnée et sans herbicides. La vendange se fait à la main. Les jus sont très colorés car la peau de ces raisins est rosée. Nous élevons le vin obtenu 1 an sur fines lies en cuves avant la mise en bouteille. Vin sec, aromatique, frais, digeste, exotique avec une finale en bouche saline et limpide.
